Superb at every level - the place is beautiful, the rooms are unusual, charming and intimate, the food is exceptional, the staff attentional to detail unlimited and the happy caring staff do all they can for every guest. In all it makes for a luxurious and superbly restful and unique place to stay. Will definitely return.
Kaya Mawa was an unforgettable experience - not place. The whole package from the delicious food every day, the staff, the gorgeous room and lovely lake was exceptional. I almost don't want to recommend this hidden treasure because I'd like to keep it a secret for people who have been and know how truly magical it is. I will 100% be coming back.
We had an amazing experience at kaya mawa. The food was excellent, the room was impressive in all points and we had one of the most spectacular view of the lake Malawi. The staff is very dedicated and the customers' service is one of the best we ever had. We 100% recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!
Went to Kaya Mawa for site seeing after a hectic long day at the camp we were having at St Peters hospital at Likoma a week ago. Oh ma gash, Kaya Mawa is a world wonder on a island. The scenary is breathtaking, the infrastructures so exotic. Planning on a holiday that side next summer for sure.
Stunning location in blissful paradise. Amazing team, loads of great activities and the food is incredible! The rooms are all different so there is something that will be perfect for everyone - very luxurious and comfortable with great views and extremely private.
